End of Caritas Week

Caritas Uganda, in partnership with Kabale Diocese, concluded Caritas Week 2025 with a Palm Sunday Mass led by Bishop Callist Rubaramira, who called for stronger family values and cultural renewal as foundations for national development. The celebration brought together clergy, Caritas staff from across the country, government officials, and community members in a spirit of unity and reflection.

Caritas Uganda is organizing a Child Care and Emergency Relief Program (CERP) event at Hotel Africana, Kampala this December. Program Goal, "To provide immediate and effective response to children in families affected by soci-economic challenges, natural disasters and war."

Every year, Caritas Uganda hosts Caritas Week, a time of unity, compassion, learning and action. This week-long event brings together all Caritas Staff from the 19 dioceses. This year it was held in Nebbi Catholic Diocese from 25th - 31st/March/2024
